When you call us to your home to fix a problem, we will arrive prepared and ready for any heating or cooling problem. Our trucks are stocked with more than $10,000 in parts, and our highly experienced technicians have completed years of diagnostic and repair training. The diagnostic fee is a flat fee regardless of how long it takes to identify your system’s problem. Your entire system will be thoroughly checked and tested. When our technician has located the problem, he will explain to you what the problem is, what options are available to you, and how your particular situation can be repaired. With our fully stocked service trucks, most repairs are completed the same day.
Covington Air Systems, Inc. also offers “Preventative Maintenance Agreements” that we consider to be the most important factor in keeping your system running efficiently for the long term. These agreements will help reduce costly and untimely breakdowns and provide priority service during our peak months when service is in high demand. This coverage includes 2 inspections (tune-ups) per year and also includes discounts on parts and labor on every breakdown call. This coverage also includes a greatly reduced diagnostic charge of $19.95; regularly $59.00.
